Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus)

About the Role

Were seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise to join our engineering team. In this role, youll lead the technical architecture of our products while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and development of our web applications
• Drive frontend strategy and establish best practices for the team
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and implementation strategies
• Make key technical decisions about frameworks, libraries, and development practices
• Oversee system design and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
• Balance technical debt with feature delivery
• Lead architectural discussions and technical planning sessions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in frontend architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization and best practices
• Experience with system design and architectural patterns
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts

Technical Skills

• Frontend: React/Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend: Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Database: SQL and NoSQL databases
• Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, E2E testing
• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Version Control: Git, code review processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML integration in web applications
• Contributions to open-source projects
