What you'll do:

Key responsibilities

▪ Engage with players in real-time to present and promote in-game items,

exclusive offers, and upgrades.

▪ Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering

product knowledge, and assisting with purchases

▪ Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, in-game economy, and

available products to make informed sales recommendations

▪ Drive revenue through strategic sales tactics, including limited-time

offers, seasonal promotions, and special bundles

▪ Assist players with transactions and ensure a seamless in-game

shopping experience

▪ Monitor player feedback and trends to tailor sales approaches and

improve conversion rates

▪ Collaborate with other team members and departments to stay up to

date on upcoming product releases, events, and promotional activities

▪ Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while contributing to overall

team success

Preferred candidate profile

▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to

engage and interact effectively with players

▪ Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Predominantly Evening and Night

Shifts)

▪ Strong understanding of gaming culture, in-game economies, and

virtual sales tactics

▪  Enthusiasm for gaming and a passion for delivering top-tier player

experiences

▪ Problem-solving ability to address player inquiries and challenges in a

fast-paced environment

▪ Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the

gaming industry) is a plus

▪ Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments

▪ Comfortable working with in-game sales platforms and transaction

systems
