Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team, setting clear objectives, performance targets, and motivating them to achieve goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and industry partners.
- Conduct sales training sessions to enhance the team's skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
- Analyze sales performance metrics (revenue targets, conversion rates, client satisfaction) and implement improvement strategies.
- Optimize the sales process by implementing industry best practices and leveraging technology solutions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, real estate laws, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a successful track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
