Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of the branch, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase business loan, home loans, personal loans, secured loan, mortgage loans, lap loans & unsecured loan portfolios.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the branch office team to ensure efficient workflow and effective use of resources.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on business development or sales management.
  
• Strong understanding of various types of loans (business loans, home loans, personal loans) as well as secured/unsecured loans.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels; ability to negotiate effectively.
