PCD Sales Personnel (Asst. Manager /Manager)

Reporting to :

1 Administratively to branch head

2 Functionally reporting to President (Marketing- PCD)

Key relationship :

1 President marketing- PCD

2 Branch head

3 Commercial officer

4 Channel partners/ customers

Key goals :

1. Market development

2. Achieve annual sales targets in value and volume

3. Customer satisfaction

Key activities :

1. Market mapping

2. Identifying potential customers for PCD business and generating enquiries from them.

3. Appointment of channel partners

4. Development of institutional /project customers

5. Seeking approvals from consultants/ specifiers

6. Conducting meets/seminars

7. Market / competition activity feedback to branch head and HO periodically

8. Submission of monthly sales forecast/planning by 18 th

9. Monitoring of sales and delivery to the customers

10. Regular visit to cps/customers

11. Weekly order booking from cps and ensuring order entry in sap

12. Getting released delivery notes and co-coordinating with HO/depot for prompt deliveries

13. Ensuring collection of customer payments in advance

14. Ensure collection of C forms in stipulated time.

15. Ensuring minimum stock level.

Knowledge :

BE / Diploma graduate with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar industry/product.
