Role & responsibilities

l Work closely with Marketing Team to achieve SET TARGETS.

l Conduct Work Review Meeting with Team from time to time.

l Close monitoring of Production Plan.

l Conduct Periodic Customer Survey and submission of Survey Report for Mgt. Review.

l Handle all escalation emails.

l Handle client communication.

l Ensure daily order punching.

l Follow-up on Inspection report.

l Follow-up on dispatch of goods.

l Ensure Customer Complaints are resolved with minimum TURN AROUND TIME (TAT).

l On-time delivery and report submission.

l Payment follow-up and collection.

l Face Internal & External Audit. Submission of Monthly BSC (Balanced Scorecard) data for Mgt. review.

l MIS report submission for Management Review.

Preferred candidate profile

l 10+ years of prior experience in Customer Relationship Management function.

l Preferably having experience in Composite industry.

Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018, API 15 LR and API Spec Q1
