Sales Manager (Electrical & Decorative Light)

Role & responsibilities

• Perform extensive fieldwork, including site visits, to engage directly with customers.
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week
• Achieve sales targets specially in Project sales with Retail Sales and

Channel Sales experiences.

• Develop channel, Lead generation, conversion, payment realization, and

follow-up

• Coordination with different channel partners / stake holders
• Expand customer base and sales opportunities in assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, influencers, and internal

stakeholders

• Address and resolve customer grievances
• Maintain CRM entries, data management, and reporting
• Plan regular meetings and journeys within the territory

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualification:

Minimum Graduate or MBA in Marketing with

Sales & Marketing expertise

• Experience:

3-5 years specially expertise in Project sales with retail

sales experience , specifically in home appliances or home building

products, decorative light, cable, wire etc. (electrical)

• Desired Age: 22-29 years
• Gender: Male
• Job Type: Field (extensive travel )

Languages Required: Bengali (written & oral), English (written & oral),

Hindi (oral only)
