* Understanding clients' requirements

* Providing clients with accurate information about educational institutions, courses, and admission requirements

* Keep records of sales

* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

* Develop entry level customer into valuable client

* Provide guidance on visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodation

* Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their studies, including help with academic or personal issues

* Need to stay up-to-date with changes in immigration regulations, educational policies, and other relevant information

* Required to meet sales or business targets
