Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit control, and collections.
  
• Process payables, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Handle invoice processing from receipt to payment, verifying details against purchase orders or contracts.
  
• Maintain accurate financial records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoice Processing, OTC (Order-to-Cash), PTP (Procure-to-Pay) roles.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
