Order To Cash - Collections | Voice Process | Trichy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash applications, accounts receivable, and collections processes to ensure timely payment from customers.
  
• Handle customer queries related to orders, invoices, and payments in a professional manner.
  
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve order-related issues and optimize cash flow.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) process, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry setting.
  
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Applications, Collections processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
• Candidate should be okay to relocate to Tiruchirapalli , in case they get selected .
