Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementations and provide technical support to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for ITIL v3/v4 certifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement service catalog management processes.
