Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed company-set sales targets.New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into customers.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Sales Management: Conduct Daily customer visits/calls and provide feedback reports

• Strategy and Planning: Implement effective sales strategies, including market analysis, competitor research & analysis reports, and sales forecasting.

• Sales Performance Analysis: Identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
