Overview:
● You will be our prospective clients' first point of contact. With training and skill development activities,
you’ll be mentored to drive meaningful conversations and help our customers drive their business.
● The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, curious, self-starter, able to identify and develop
leads and opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, social selling, and individual
research.
● This is an Inside Sales - lead/opportunity generation role that requires a close sync with the Sales and
Marketing team for PrimeFocus.
● Responsible for B2B prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the larger
business objective of the business unit
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate qualified opportunities (SQLs) through targeted outbound campaigns based on in-depth,
geo/industry/product research & competitor analysis for target accounts
● Building and cultivating customer relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up
qualifications to move new business opportunities into the sales funnel.
● Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high quality sales
qualified leads.
● Set up qualified meetings, and ensure the sales personnel (AEs) are equipped with necessary
information. Orient them on subtle nuances captured during the lead-generation exercise and
discovery meetings.
● Works with AEs in strategic large accounts to ensure closures
● Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Persistently
follow up with the client in a clear & timely manner to ensure on building lasting relations
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
● Assist in activation and running of various communications geo/industry/product campaigns using
various mediums (including email, phone & events campaigns)
● Stay abreast of market developments and understand competitor trends. Analyze and use the same
for targeting potential prospects
● Create and maintain a database for future reference and use. Ensure CRM Hygiene at all interactions.
Desired Skills & Behaviors:
● Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s / Master's degree is preferred
● Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in SaaS
sales is preferred)
● Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
● Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
● Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives
● Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a
positive and energetic phone presence
● Being Social Media savvy would be an advantage
Tools and Familiarity:
Salesforce (CRM), Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other related tools would be an added advantage.
