Job Description

JD – Sales Coordinator

Role: Sales Engineer/CoordinatorJob Location : Alembic City, Vadodara Role DefinitionSales Coordinator is one who is responsible for
Promotion of business & Lead generation,
Prepare accurately & timely Technical- Commercial quotation as per customer requirement, getting order for the same, process of SOC & WO & lead generation for expansion of company.Responsibility Deliverable1) Ensure daily promotion done by email or any other media.
2) Ensure that there is no inquiry miss & timely preparation of quotation.
3) Ensure timely follow-ups for quotation & payment & no order lost
4) Develop Technical skills and knowledge to grow into a Senior Sales Engineer. Tasks & Activities1. Promotion: by email, telephonic, etc.
2.Inquiry to Quotation Process:
- In Bitrix software & physical entry in registers.
- When get the inquiry, same day register in Bitrix software with all details (company Name, full address, Person name with designation, contact number & product details)
- Get proper technical details from customer for preparing quotation.
- Make Quotation as per customer requirements.
- Do follow-ups of sent quotation & also do follow-ups entry in tally prime.
3.Post order process:
- After receiving PO-register the same in sales order register & get SOR No. & also register in Bitrix.
- Make SOC, PI & PR which have to send to customer for acknowledge/payment.
- Prepare work order for internal production process.
4.Payment Follow-ups:
- Do payment follow-up’s as per Purchase order terms.
5.Dispatch process:
- After getting confirmation of system readiness from production dept.-Co-ordinate with logistics dept. & Account Dept. for further dispatch process.
- After system dispatched send dispatch details to customer by mail or courier (if require).
- For further installation process co-ordinate with service Dept.Measurement Metrics1. Make Expected order list & Pending Payment update weekly
2. Inquiry, Quotation & Sales register update at any point of time.
3. Payment follow ups - Every after 2 days (if require)
4. Offer follow ups
5. Update customer file – Existing / New customer. Salary RangeFreshers: 18k to 20k
Experienced: As peer Qualification and Experience ** This is the basic Job role but not limited to this.

company have funding issue dont go on paid review. if u want to expand your carrier pleasse do not join organization i joined as sales coordinator they had forcefully resigned me . they are totally working target base if u achive 34 % of your target u will get that much salary. some of collegeus salaries are also pending since 7 months. they does not provide salary slip also
