Hiring Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Tender Sourcing: Identify and analyze relevant tenders based on scope and eligibility.
• Tender Analysis: Review and explain RFP (Request for Proposal) details clearly.
• Pre-Bid Preparation: Draft queries for pre-bid meetings and ensure clarity in requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare annexures and maintain all necessary tender-related documents.
• Bid Submission: Handle both online and offline bid submissions, including GEM and E-Procurement portals.
• Follow-ups: Manage EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee), and work order follow-ups.
• Lead Generation: Conduct data mining, cold calls, and set up appointments to explore new opportunities.
• Communication: Maintain professional and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as per tender requirements.
