AGM Corporate Social Responsibility

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

• Defining and developing strategies which underpin the company's CSR objectives.
• Develop ideas, policies and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR interventions.
• To Visualize social challenges and opportunities and transform them into corporate strategies and CSR initiatives, if possible, incorporating them into the value chain.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the companys mission, values and business objectives.
• Managing and overseeing CSR programs and initiatives, including sustainability projects, community outreach and philanthropic activities.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address social, environmental and ethical issues relevant to the business.
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of CSR initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices in corporate social responsibility.
• Promoting awareness and engagement in CSR activities among employees and the broader community.
• Representing the company at CSR-related events, conferences and forums to enhance our reputation and build partnerships.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote CSR initiatives and successes.
• Stay updated with relevant updates in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

• Conduct research and stay informed about emerging trends, best practices and regulatory changes in CSR.
• Manage budgets and resources allocated to CSR programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations and communications on CSR activities and achievements to internal and external audiences.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CSR principles, frameworks and best practices in the context of the Indian and international corporate landscape.
• Demonstrable experience as a CSR Manager, Sustainability Manager, or similar role with 8-10 years in CSR or sustainability.
• Experience in managing corporate philanthropy and community outreach initiatives.
• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and relationship management.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
