- Lead the BTG division in Mirzapur, overseeing all aspects of operations and project execution

- Manage the divisions budget, resources, and timelines to optimize project outcomes

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment
- Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance metrics to senior management
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into the divisions operations
