Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility (8-15 yrs)

- Developing and executing CSR programs in line with the Business Strategy

- Conducting periodic program reviews to assess impact and effectiveness.

- Ideate on generating new program ideas to support the CSR strategy

- Assist in the development and recommendation of the CSR budget Schedule A and B

- Ensuring budget utilization from the CSR account based ongoing as well as new identified CSR programs

- Coordinate and guide the CSR partners in driving the CSR programs across locations and act as the single point of contact for the entire organization for the CSR agenda

- Facilitate the effective assessment and evaluation of CSR initiatives

- Build Internal and external communication related to CSR initiatives

- Write and edit materials, and otherwise promote the CSR program and activities via the company intranet, corporate website, and our digital channels. Actively contribute to communicating the compelling company and employer brand messages

- Ensure overall programming and messaging consistency across business units and throughout corporate communications while accommodating unique programs and communications that are locally resonant and appropriate

- Partner with internal departments to enhance and expand programs,

Skills & Knowledge Competencies

- Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.

- Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders as well as program beneficiaries.
