Dislikes

There is always room for improvement so does we as an organisation together can walk a long mile provided our activities and efforts are aligned and stitched together with a clear vision.

1. The only strength of this organization is GM. HR Mr. Palash Mukherjee and his drafted HR Policies which has driven this organizational manpower so well till date.

Dislikes

1. Management should be more focused and precise about timely completion of projects rather than disturbing working atmoshphere. 2. Limitless delay, too much meetings and additional unproductive boundations are my dislikes.

Management is open to new innovation and technology, management does not micromanage and I got freedom to run a project from start to end with full ownership. There is support from company during personal/family crisis.

Dislikes

Leadership style of mid level and upper management can be better with team management and conflict resolution conducted in a better way.
