Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR or talent management.
  
• Strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices (HRM).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
