Lead of Applications (Cohizon Lifesciences Ltd.)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Applications to drive digital transformation and optimize Cohizon's SAP and analytics ecosystem in alignment with business objectives. This leadership role requires deep expertise across all modules of SAP S/4HANA, PP, QM, FICO, SD, Fiori, Analytics, ABAP, and custom development, as well as seamless integration with non-SAP applications. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience with digital tools such as RPA, AI/ML, and automation for process enhancement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP & Digital Strategy: Define and execute the SAP roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of application as intended with digital initiatives and 100% adoption of functionality.
• SAP S/4HANA & Manufacturing Processes: Lead optimization across PP, QM, MM, FICO, SD, ABAP and other key SAP modules.
• End-to-End System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP applications, enabling a unified IT landscape.
• Fiori & User Experience: Enhance mobility and usability through SAP Fiori applications.
• Data & Analytics: Drive analytics for better decision-making using existing analytics or Power BI platform.
• Custom Development & ABAP: Oversee and deliver the development of custom reports, workflows, and automation including low code no code.
• Emerging Technologies: Leverage RPA, AI/ML, and intelligent automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SAP partners, business teams, and IT stakeholders for system enhancements.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Migration: Expertise in migrating SAP S4 HANA to Grow/Rise without any business disruption

Key Requirements:

• 12-15 years of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise on governance in SAP S/4HANA, PP, QM, PM, MM, FICO, SD, Fiori, Analytics, and ABAP.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems, including ERPs, CRMs, MES, HRMS, and supply chain platforms.
• Knowledge of RPA, AI/ML, and intelligent automation in enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Implement enterprise-wide data management, BI, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure robust data governance, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries is preferred.
• Ensure all applications comply with data security, GRC, and regulatory standards, internal and external audit standards.
• Work with the cybersecurity team to mitigate risks and manage application vulnerabilities
• Oversee contracts, licensing, and procurement for enterprise applications.
