Delivery Manager of RCM

We are looking for Delivery Manager-RCM

Responsibilities:

• Should have end-end knowledge in RCM.
• Delegating the work to sub ordinates & monitoring the team performance time to time.
• Need to maintain the SLA & Metrices.
• Excellent knowledge in insurance claim processing & ability to intercept them.
• Ability to handle client interaction.
• Good coordination skills with on shore & Offshore team through emails/Calls/Meeting.
• Excellent problem-solving techniques.
• Analyzing the workflow to implement process quality.
• Assist the company in client expansion and revenue improvement.
• Good leadership & motivational skills.
• Strong planning & Execution skills.
• Excellent knowledge in Excel to intercept reports.
• Interested to work in Night Shift

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

- Undergraduate degree required

- 8+ years of experience in RCM roles including a progression of leadership growth.

- Prior management of teams of 50+ staff required.

Critical Skills:

• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Experienced in RCM metrics and projection of collections
• Thorough knowledge of the revenue cycle and US healthcare system
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Should demonstrate our Core values.
