Job Title: Recruiter (RPO Experience) Contract Position

Location:

• 3 days per week at Client Office
• 2 days per week at Our Chennai Office Location

Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Job Overview: As a Recruiter with RPO experience, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth hiring for our client, while working in a hybrid model between client-side office and our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPO models, client-side recruitment coordination, and delivering quality talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and define job specifications.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering candidates.
• Utilize sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide detailed feedback to clients.
• Maintain and manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Assist in streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring best practices are followed for client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams across both client-side and internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the client on the recruitment status, trends, and feedback.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models and client-side recruitment.
• Skills:
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and timelines effectively.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work model and collaborating across different locations.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with clients in domain automotive and technology domains (optional).
• Certification in HR/recruitment (optional).
