Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of our CCTV and Access Control products in the B2B market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with key clients, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for CCTV and Access Control products in the B2B market.
2. Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.
3. Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop compelling sales materials and product presentations.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our CCTV and Access Control solutions.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress towards sales goals and key challenges.
8. Train and support channel partners and sales representatives to effectively promote and sell CCTV and Access Control products.
9. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to security systems, ensuring compliance in all sales activities.
10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the security or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and other security systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
