Sr. Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating various tasks and supporting different departments. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
• Maintain and update service schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Compile, analyze, and present data using Excel to support decision-making processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any issues.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Monitor service progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other activities as needed

Excel Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and present findings clearly

Strong Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Service industry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a coordination role or similar position.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Attentionto detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
