Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and Response

1. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems to identify potential security threats.

2. Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and effective manner.

3. Dispatch security personnel or emergency services as necessary.

Communication

1. Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications from stakeholders.

2. Provide situational awareness and updates to security personnel, management, and other stakeholders.

3. Inform all the operational information to Supervisor.

Data Entry and Reporting

1. Accurately enter data into security management software and other systems.

2. Generate reports on security incidents, trends, and other relevant data.

3. Analyse data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Procedures

1. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, procedures, and protocols.

2. Follow established procedures for incident response, reporting, and documentation.

3. Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Teamwork

1. Work collaboratively with other ISOC operators, security personnel, and stakeholders.

2. Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on security operations and initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Response time to alarms and incidents.

2. Accuracy and completeness of data entry and reporting.

3. Compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.

4. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

5. Participation in training and development programs.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficient in security management software and other systems.

2. Familiarity with CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems.

3. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.

4. Good communication skills

5. Experience in Electronics Security Systems
