In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the delivery of comprehensive IT solutions for our Go to Market (GTM) team with primary focus on SFDCs Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Commerce cloud platforms. Your collaboration with business SMEs and IT teams will ensure the implementation of industry best practices, optimizing our operations and enhancing business performance.

Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the IT lifecycle, from planning and design to maintenance and improvement, playing a crucial role in driving our organization towards a sustainable and efficient future.

Youll be responsible for:

• Providing expert guidance on IT solutions and best practices to optimize process performance and align with business objectives.
• The validation and translation of business requirements into comprehensive system capabilities, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and roadmap.
• Ensuring seamless application support in a 24x5 environment, meeting agreed SLAs, and providing on-call support for critical incidents.
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Create and manage Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Manage deployments from one Salesforce org to another.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional business domain consultants, enterprise architects to assess impacts, develop solutions, and drive alignment across functions.

• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce platform.
• Hands on experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Commerce cloud platforms.
• Extensive expertise in
• Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementations and Global rollouts for reputable MNCs.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation.
• Minimum two end-to-end system implementations / rollouts or upgrades experience.
• Experience supporting Internal Audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR requirements.
• ITIL/ITSM/PMP certification.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
