In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the delivery of comprehensive IT solutions for our Enterprise systems technical solution architecture and delivery of end-to-end solutions in close collaboration with cross functional IT leaders and teams will ensure the implementation of industry best practices, optimizing our operations and enhancing business performance.

The job entails a deep understanding of Oracle EBS - Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows (FRICE&W).

Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the IT lifecycle, from planning and design to maintenance and improvement, playing a crucial role in driving our organization towards a sustainable and efficient future.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving the implementation and enhancement of IT solutions for Enterprise Systems technical domain with primary focus on Oracle EBS R12.2.XX.
• Providing expert guidance on IT solutions and best practices to optimize process performance and align with business objectives.
• The validation and translation of systems requirements into comprehensive integration capabilities, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and roadmap.
• Ensuring seamless application support in a 24x5 environment, meeting agreed SLAs, and providing on-call support for critical incidents.
• Collaborate closely with domain consultants, enterprise architects, and cross-functional leaders to assess impacts, develop solutions, and drive alignment across functions.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, customizing, and building Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions & Workflows (FRICE&W) in Oracle EBS R12.2.X.
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of Oracle R12.2.X P2P, O2C, Financials, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Architecture and Table structures. 
• Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web ADI, Oracle APIs, OAF extensions and Web Services.  
• Knowledge and experience in supporting Oracle SOA, Informatica, EDI protocol and other data integration platforms. 
• Experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle AME. 
• Knowledge of SQL Performance Tuning
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementations and Global rollouts for reputable MNCs.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation.
• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or Equivalent.
