Alfalogic Solutions hires Oracle EBS R12 Technical with OAF Consultant with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, exposure of AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, CM and PA modules in Oracle Finance, and a strong focus on technical implementation, integration, customization, and support. The candidates who are selected for the project should be ready to work at client locations at Gurgaon/Noida and any other locations specified.

Job Details:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Oracle Financial modules as Technical Consultant or a similar role in Oracle R12 implementations and support projects.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and XML Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• RICE components/workflow builder/form personalization
• Good knowledge of Oracle Apps standards, Table structure, Architecture, and databases
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Focus Areas

• Responsible to customize functionalities within Oracle R12. This may involve creating custom extensions, reports, interfaces, and data conversions to enhance the standard functionality.
• Provide ongoing technical support for the financials modules, addressing and resolving issues reported by end-users.
• Collaborate with other technical teams and developers to integrate Oracle modules and third-party applications.
• Conduct thorough testing, performance optimization of all technical developments.
• Provide trainings and knowledge transfer post implementation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and data security standards while developing and maintaining technical solutions in the Oracle R12 environment.

Specific competences (Required)

• Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
• Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Oracle application
• Identify and communicate findings to client personnel and help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
• Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
