Coupa Consultant

Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their procurement and accounts payable processes and gather requirements for Coupa P2P implementation.
• Configure Coupa P2P modules, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and supplier management, to align with clients' procurement workflows.
• Conduct system testing and ensure proper integration with other ERP systems (Oracle preferred) or third-party applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Coupa P2P to guide clients on best practices and process improvements.
• Assist in data migration and system integration activities to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Coupa P2P.
• Conduct end-user training and create documentation to support users in effectively utilizing the Coupa platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Coupa P2P functionality and collaborate with technical teams for problem resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Coupa P2P applications, resolving user inquiries and optimizing system performance.
