Factory HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

Office and Factory Management - HR Compliance activities for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - cleanliness, employee monitoring, house keeping, updation and maintenance of relevant documents and other activities related to GMP in a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit.

Please note: We are not hiring for HR activities such as payroll, PF, ESI compliance and other related activities. This is more related to GMP compliance related HR activities.

Preferred candidate profile

One who has a good experience in managing factory / office. Preference will be given to those who have relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. Good communication skill and proficiency in English and Tamil required.
