Job Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (80% TA & 20% General HR Activities)

Location: Shalimar Bagh- Delhi Reports to: HR Manager (USA & India)

Shift: US Shift (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM) Working Day: Mon - Fri Gendre: Male

Job Summary: The HR specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR processes. This role involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, onboarding, and HR administration.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Onboarding:

• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and preparing offer letters.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure new hires are properly onboarded.

3. HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, new hire paperwork, and termination documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support for performance management, training, and development programs.
• Assist in HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
