Role & responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organizations hiring needs.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Leverage various platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals, to source top-tier talent.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring advice.
Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Data & Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Present regular updates on hiring progress and strategies to senior management.
