Job Title: WhatsApp/SMS Marketing Executive
Job Overview:
Medicover Hospitals is seeking a creative and results-driven WhatsApp/SMS Marketing Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic digital marketing team.
This role focuses on developing and executing messaging campaigns to effectively engage and grow our customer base through targeted communication strategies, remarketing efforts, lead conversion initiatives, and seamless integration with other software and websites across WhatsApp and SMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Plan, create, and execute strategic marketing campaigns on WhatsApp and SMS platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
○ Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage previous customers or leads who have shown interest but haven't converted.
○ Develop concise, engaging, and relevant messaging content for promotional offers, updates, reminders, and lead nurturing to business requirements.
○ Craft compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) to encourage lead conversion and customer retention.
○ Leverage customer behavior, demographics, and preferences to segment contact lists for personalized and impactful messaging.
○ Create targeted lists for remarketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
○ Coordinate and manage the integration of messaging platforms with other software, CRM systems, and websites to ensure seamless data flow and efficient lead management.
○ Work closely with IT and web development teams to implement API integrations and troubleshoot any technical issues.
○ Collaborate with customer support teams to develop strategies that convert leads generated from messaging campaigns into customers.
○ Track and analyze the customer journey from initial contact to conversion, identifying opportunities for improvement.
○ Configure and manage automated messaging workflows, including lead follow-up sequences and abandoned inquiry reminders, to optimize communication efficiency.
○ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
○ Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in lead conversion rates, remarketing effectiveness, and integration performance.
○ Ensure compliance with all relevant messaging regulations and standards, including opt-in/opt-out processes and data privacy guidelines.
○ Conduct regular A/B tests to refine messaging strategies, content formats, and delivery timing for maximum engagement and conversion.
○ Collaborate with the broader digital marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels, including integration with social media for holistic remarketing efforts.
○ Coordinate with the customer support team to manage and respond promptly to queries or feedback generated through messaging campaigns.
○ Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in WhatsApp and SMS marketing, remarketing techniques, lead conversion strategies, and software integrations.
Qualifications and Skills:
○ Bachelor's degree or related fields.
○ 2-4 years of hands-on experience in WhatsApp/SMS marketing, remarketing, lead conversion, or related digital marketing roles.
○ Experience with integrating messaging platforms with other software, CRM systems, and websites.
○ Familiarity with platforms like Tata Tele Marketing Services, Gupshup, Interakt, WATI, or similar WhatsApp/SMS marketing tools.
○ Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JSON, etc.).
○ Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
○ Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling, customer-focused messages that drive action.
○ Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, measure ROI, track lead conversion metrics, and suggest optimizations.
○ Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
○ Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer segmentation, automation, A/B testing, remarketing tactics, lead nurturing strategies, and software integration best practices.
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
○ Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
