Considering present scenario and my experience since last year, the hospital owner, hospital administration, co-consultants of all other faculty and all the hospital staff are very good, friendly, easily approachable.. and care about each other. Salary is on Time.. proper increment on time..
For me personally, working hours are somewhat not distributed properly.. if u have a co-consultant, duty timings and sunday off must be distributed equally..
