Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Direct, Indirect tax & Transfer Pricing.
- Accounting: Have an oversight on the accounting function. Providing detailed performance review to the Board.
- Financial Reporting: Financial reporting and in-depth analysis. As a CFO, the candidate will be required to work closely with the management with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view.
- Costing: Identifying areas where costs can be managed well and margins can be increased in the topline.
- Inventory management set up overall control & valuation for inventory
- Banking Negotiation: Must have proven experience in managing banking relations and negotiations with various banks and financial institutions.
- Alliance with internal team to work closely with the CEO and the core team, sales team etc
- To have an oversight and be closely involved with respect to planning and managing the cash flows of the business.
