Position Summary


The fulfilment by an insurer of its obligation to receive, investigate and act on a claim filed by an insured. It involves multiple administrative and customer service layers that includes review, investigation, adjustment (if necessary), remittance or denial of the claim.



Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Voice Process Healthcare Insurance Claims & Benefit Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in the healthcare insurance industry, you will be responsible for processing claims, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring the efficient resolution of benefits-related concerns. You will communicate with clients, providers, and policyholders via phone, providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and policies


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand the basic professional standards and established procedures, policies before taking action and making decisions
  • Processing claims and handling calls, as per the process guidelines.
  • Adhering to the service level and understanding Quality & Auditing parameters
  • Assume responsibility for work and coordinating efforts
  • Meeting assigned productivity goals.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms
  • Acquiring knowledge and skills of related areas of the process
  • Interpersonal relationship at work with peers, supervisors and should not have any recorded instance of misconduct.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Graduate / Undergraduate are eligible to apply.
  • B.E./B.Tech. freshers are not eligible.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience in International Voice Process
