Oracle Database Administrator

The Databases DBA Level 2/3 - ORACLE Expert will be part of Safran Aircraft Engines Databases team inside Safran Digit organization. Team will be located in Mumbai, and is estimated to 5 people.

Reporting to Safran Digit Infrastructures Database Team Leader for SAE, the Databases DBA Level 2 - ORACLE Expert will be in charge to perform Database changes, resolve incidents and participate to projects managed by L3 team members.

He will also contribute to support activity with internal/external support and database providers

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage Database standard operations and changes. Act as Lead engineer on database incidents.

2. Configure, Monitor & analyze events, alert log on Database environnements.

3. Proactively resolve incidents and problems, seeking solutions before escalating, and take preventive measures for database problems/errors.

4. Perform the User Request ( Service Now User Request)

Preferred candidate profile

Level 2/3 knowledge on Databases

Oracle DB Expert (Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot )

MS SQL server knowledge and expertise (Install, configure, maintain)
