Application Support Engineer

Ensure the performance and availability of applications

Manage a portfolio of applications and report on performance to Application Managers (MOA) Provide expertise in application production for Build & Run activities Organize and coordinate all integration work Manage production releases (risks, orchestration, impacts, release management)

Establish technical documentation and document operational processes and procedures Implement automation processes to improve operational efficiency

Manage and resolve incidents and issues proactively Conduct functional and technical analysis of incidents Define the automation of processes and scheduling chains

Role & responsibilities

OS : Linux and Windows, AIX

Web Services : IIS, Apache,Nginx, Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere

Scheduler : VTOM

Monitoring : Centreon, Dynatrace

DevOps : Gitlab, GitlabCI, Ansible, Artifactory

Scripting : Shell, Powershell, Python, Bash, Perl

SQL request Oracle (knowledge of concepts and vocabulary) MSSQL (knowledge of concepts and vocabulary) PostgreSQL (knowledge of concepts and vocabulary) Networking (knowledge of concepts and vocabulary): IPAM, DNS, Firewall, OpenFlow Certificate Server and PKI ITIL and DevOps process
