Line Manager

Your main mission:

Within the Production team of the HAL/SHE joint venture in Goa, your main mission will be to participate in defining and executing the production program for your line, ensuring adherence to quality and cost objectives, meeting customer needs, and effectively managing the allocated resources. You will also define, implement, and manage the human, technical, and organizational means to guarantee delivery targets in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), and Human Resources (HR). Finally, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving the line's performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the specific objectives set by your department.
• Organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the activities within your sector.
• Continuously improving the process efficiency and interactions with other processes, including proposing objectives based on applied directives and participating in higher-level process reviews.
• Managing a team of around 30 people in collaboration with team leaders and business managers.
• Anticipating changes in jobs and the organization of your sector.
• Supporting change management within your team.
• Defining and managing the investment and operational budgets for your sector.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations specific to your sector's activities.

• Proven capacity to delegate effectively.
• Adaptability, open-mindedness, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (managers, team leaders, workers, commercial functions, support teams, Quality, etc.).
