SAP Key User - SCM

Objective:

Managing the transactions for SAP PP, MM, WM. Ticket management, Master data management and validation, Data analyst reportings and Power BI

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities

• SAP focal point for the site as SAP Key User SAP PP, MM, WM ; SD, FI, CO with other key user support
• Perform the validation of various PP, MM and WM transactions related to production, procurement and warhouse management.
• Ensure the master data management for new or existing project.
• Should be focal point for data related activities and implementation (Data Analyst, Power BI etc)
• Ensure compliance with Organisation Standards
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for the logistics function

Perform all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) relaed udites as per his/her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable.

Experience

• 5-8yrs years experience in aerospace industry or equivalent (Significant knowledge in Procure to Pay flow)
• ISO Quality Systems, ERP,SAP R3, HANA S4 etc.
• Power BI or equivalent, Macro
• Must be fluent in English

Professional Skills

• Financial results analysis, Advance statistics
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Etc.
• Goo knowledge of Procure to Pay process of a manufacturing industry
