Warehouse Supervisor - Team Leader

Mission :

Being responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse ,Reception and Inventory control. Plan and coordinate with Cross functional teams to ensure timely operations (Reception of materials , invoice accounting and production orders execution).

Objective Contribution:

• Organizing and Managing inventory. Reception management , on-time accountability of the material.
• Integrating and maintaining inventory accuracy through ERP.

Principal Responsibilities and Authorities:

• Monitor all the incoming & Outgoing materials flow in system SAP and Physical too.
• Manage the team to achieve the daily output.
• Plan shift manpower and Risk assessment in daily operation.
• Interact with supporting team for smooth operations
• Ensure every material should be identified and kept in there dedicated locations to maintain good traceability in SAP.
• Need to do Inventory Audits.
• Ensure the parts Picking and Kitting as per Pick list.
• On time delivery of parts from Warehouse to Production line.
• Maintain Zero Claim on parts Handling in Warehouse.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Need to implement FIFO, Material flow and MHE maintenance.
• Manage improvement drives such as 5S, kaizen and continues improvement activities.

Skills / Qualifications:

System:

• Knowledge in warehouse operation and Inventory control
• Risk Management knowledge.
• People management skills, including the ability to inspire
• Numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management

Operational:

• Diploma / any Graduate with 9 -12 years experience
• Experience in Warehouse operation & Inventory Management
• Need to lead a team of min 10 - 15
• Team working & Problem solving skills
• Lead and motivate a team of people, delegate work and explain ideas.

• ERP (SAP-WMS), Traceability
• Warehouse dashboard
• Production Planning
