Audit Manager
1. Responsible for financial records and complies with company policies and accounting principles.
2. Prepare finance reports required for team meetings or as requested by management and customers.
3. Prepare and submit financial reports on a quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly basis.
4. Assist in preparing necessary documentations for annual financial audits.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the Companies goals and objectives.
6. Conducting periodic Process & System Audit, Operation Audit, Management Audit and Compliance Audit as per the Annual Audit Plan.
7. Execute detailed audit procedures by obtaining, analyzing, evaluating and reviewing transactions, documents, and policies and procedures.
8. Ensure that the audit evidence obtained must be appropriate and sufficient to form the conclusions.
9. Report to CFO resulted significant findings regarding to governance, risk management and internal control management that reflect proper audit project' results.
10. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures of the Company.
11. Undertake surprise audit/investigations as required by management.
12. Coordinate with the internal/ Statutory auditors and prepare the consolidated report on the key issues.
13. Ensure implementation of action plans are tracked and monitored effectively for closure.
