Account Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, uploading banking transactions, and managing critical documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Tally Management: Efficiently manage financial data using Tally software, ensuring accuracy in entries, reports, and reconciliation.
• Banking Transactions: Upload and process daily banking transactions, including payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
• Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records of all accounting and financial documents, ensuring timely filing and retrieval of critical documents.
• Payment Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Cheque Management: Prepare, issue, and manage cheques for payments as per company guidelines.
• RTGS Knowledge: Process payments via RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), ensuring adherence to protocols and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of Tally software.
• Familiarity with banking transactions, cheque preparation, and RTGS processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for follow-ups and vendor/client relations.
