Account Executive

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that our financial records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements. You will work closely with various departments to streamline financial processes, analyze costs, and help guide the companys financial decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial Record Maintenance:
   
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
   
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization.

1. Cash Flow Management:
   
• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage banking relationships and reconcile bank statements.

1. Process Improvement:
   
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal controls and streamline accounting processes.
• Implement best practices to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
2. Collaboration & Support:
   
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Operations, Sales) to gather financial data and provide guidance.
• Support management with ad-hoc projects and financial insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Working knowledge of Tally
• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Understanding of local and national tax laws.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
