- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities independently.
- Coordinate for completion of annual audits and review financial reports/support as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain all records like artist payments, client payments, vouchers, bills, vouchers, receipts, bills, Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly GST Working, E-way bill, E-Invoice, PT, Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & creditors, and Handling petty Cash Records, TDS calculation.
- Coordinate with the Bank officials concerning Fund Transfers and any other Banking related work & queries
- Prepare and file taxes for companies and individuals by analyzing all company assets, income, anticipated expenses, and liabilities to reach a total tax obligation for the year. After the analysis is complete, suggest recommendations on reducing total tax liabilities in the future.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
