Account Executive

Job Overview:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, controlling costs, ensuring compliance, and overseeing financial transactions for the detergent manufacturing plant. This role plays a crucial part in financial reporting, auditing, inventory management, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Maintain financial records and ensure timely month-end/year-end closures.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Process invoices, bills, and reconcile accounts related to the manufacturing plant.

2. Cost Control & Analysis:

• Monitor plant expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Conduct cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Compliance & Auditing:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit schedules.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Oversee plant-specific accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Process payments and receipts in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills:

• Strong accounting knowledge, compliance awareness, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems, cost accounting, and inventory management

Work Timing:

12 PM to 9 PM (Including lunch break and tiffin break).
