Executive - CSD Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for CSD/CPC/URC primary sales with robust business plan and P&L.
• Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely Visit, follow up, placement & orders.
• Sales coverage that includes CSD/CPC/URC HO to Depot with both internal and external resources.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
• Payment collections as per schedule.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in CSD Sales or related field (Consumer Durables/Electronics industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of Channel Management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data-driven insights from MIS reports to inform strategic decision-making.
