Mis Manager

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive/Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing business data, generating reports, automating processes, and optimizing information systems to enhance business decision-making. This role requires expertise in data management, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Data Management & Reporting:

• Collect, process, and analyze business data from multiple sources.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time data visualization.

✅ Process Automation & Optimization:

• Automate repetitive reporting processes using macros, VBA, or RPA tools.
• Optimize data flow between different departments to improve efficiency.
• Work on ERP, CRM, or other business applications to enhance data accuracy.

✅ Database & Systems Management:

• Maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and security of stored data.
• Assist in system upgrades and implementation of new software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MIS-related issues.

✅ Business Intelligence & Decision Support:

• Provide data-driven insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Identify key trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Develop predictive models for forecasting business trends.

✅ Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure data compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Document MIS processes and create SOPs for data management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Education:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

🔹 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python (preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience in automation tools (VBA, RPA, Python scripts, etc.).

🔹 Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
