Opportunity for HR Operation- Deputy Manager with leading Solar Company for Kishangarh, Rajasthan, Plant location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operation Manager to oversee and manage HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR functions, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining data accuracy and adhering to company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, probation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Processing offers, making necessary arraignments for joining.
• BGV, follow-up for Pre-medical checkup
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in HR audits and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and policy adherence.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
• Coordinate with various departments to improve HR operational efficiency.
• Assist in employee engagement and HR process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA - Full time
• Minimum 5-12 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Working experience of SAP would be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
